Pick up
where you
left off.
Keep your tasks, thoughts, and the story of your work in one quiet place.

A little context makes coming back easier.
Tasks. Thoughts. One continuous story.A day rarely goes in a straight line.
Leave yourself a little context. It will be here when you return.

A thought worth coming back to.
The missing sentence. A useful question. The reason you made a decision. Jot it down while it’s fresh.
Tasks and reflections, together in your Journal.

One thing now.
The rest, for later.
Keep a place for everything you want to do. Start one task, pause when you need to, and continue when you’re ready.

Find the thought.
Bring back the context.
Remember a word, not the whole day. Search your tasks and reflections, then open an entry where it belongs in your Journal.

A few things
to know.
How are Tasks and Journal different?
Tasks is a place for what you want to do: Open, Later, and Completed. Journal is the chronological story of what you do and think. Starting or continuing a task records your work there; reflections are independent entries alongside it.
Can I find something I wrote before?
Yes. Search looks through your visible tasks and reflections, including older days. Choose a result to return to its place in Journal with the surrounding entries. Tasks without visible Journal history can be opened in Tasks.
What happens when I switch tasks?
You have one active task at a time. Starting or continuing another automatically pauses your current task. Your earlier activity and reflections stay in Journal, ready for when you come back.
